Redirect Participants After Interview

Use this when you want to redirect participants to a specific URL immediately after they complete an interview.

What This Does

When a participant finishes their call, Strella redirects them to the URL you set in Project > Settings > Interview setup > Redirect to URL.

When to Use It

Use post-interview redirects when you need to:

• Send participants to an external completion page.
• Route participants to a specific follow-up experience.
• Keep completion behavior consistent across a project.

How to Set Up Return-To Location

1. Open your project and go to Settings > Interview setup‍
2. Find Redirect to URL
3. Enter a full URL, including https://
4. Save your changes.

Redirect to URL Example: https://customer-redirect-url.com/call-completed

End-to-End Example

1. Share your Strella study link with participants: https://app.strella.io/onboard/abcd1234
2. Participant completes interview
3. Strella redirects participant to: https://customer-redirect-url.com/call-completed

Common Mistakes

• Entering a partial URL instead of a full absolute URL (e.g. without https://)‍
• Saving the setting in the wrong project
