Participant Management
There are a few ways to help manage participants and keep the project organized.
Process Incentive Payments
Once participants have completed their interviews, it is important to pay participants. We recommend watching through each completed session to ensure it was completed in full and in good faith.
To pay participants, navigate to the 'For Review' table, select the check box beside the participants, and click 'Pay Participants' in the pop-up at the bottom of the page.

Another pop-up will appear asking what your method of payment is:
- If you prepaid for incentives through Strella, select ‘Prepaid’ and click confirm
- If you self-recruited participants, select ‘Manual payment’ and click confirm
Rejecting Participants
If you are unhappy with a participant's session (e.g. they did not put in a good faith effort), you can reject the participant. This means the participant will not receive their payment. To do so, go to the Pending Review table in the Participant tab, click the 3 dots next to the participant name, and click 'Reject'.

Uninviting Participants
If you no longer want a participant to complete the interview, or you have filled your project and no longer need participants to be invited, and you want to clean up the Invited table in the Participant table, you can uninvite a participant. To do so, go to the Invited table in the Participant tab, click the 3 dots next to the participant name, and click 'Uninvite'.

Deleting Sessions
If a participant only completes part of the interview, and you are confident they will not come back to complete the remainder of the interview, or if you are not happy with a participant's session, you can delete their session. To do so, hover over the session and click the 3 dots in the top right corner, and click 'Delete'.
