Run a human-moderated interview with your teammates

A human-moderated study can now have a main moderator plus any number of additional moderators from your organization, and each one gets the booking email, calendar invite, and researcher join link. Moderators can leave the call while others keep it running.

Pay self-recruited participants in bulk

From Recruit → Participants → Completed, tick the participants you recruited yourself, choose one payment method and incentive, and pay them all at once.

Copy from your other projects with the Build assistant

Ask the Build assistant to copy the guide, the screener, or both from another project in your organization. It brings over the same content the Import button would, replacing what's currently in your project, and a single undo brings back what you had.

Add Responses search results to a saved reel

After searching Responses for a keyword, select the matching responses and choose Add to saved reel to put them into one of the project's saved reels or a new one. Responses the reel already holds are skipped, so you can rerun a search and add only what's new.

Small fixes

• Interview data export: the "Export interview data" file now works for analysis in Excel, with no merged headers and numbers stored as real number cells
• Interview length estimates: card sorts, matrices, NPS, and rating scales are now estimated from timings measured in real interviews, so the length shown to you and promised to panelists is closer to the real interview
• Moderated interview clips: on human-moderated interviews, clicking a quote, highlight, or reel clip plays that exact moment, and captions match the video
• Booking for moderated studies: a participant who opens a human-moderated interview's call link without a booking is taken to their booking page, in their language
• Transcript downloads: the "Download transcript" option on a participant's Results card now matches the interview modal and follows the project's transcript language setting
