Strella Changelog – August 7, 2026

This week we shipped transcript uploads, pass rate on Task questions, more selective auto-generated guides, and a redesigned projects dashboard.

Bring your own transcripts

You can now upload your own transcripts and notes. From a project's Interviews tab, Import takes up to 10 files at a time: a transcript is analyzed like an interview and becomes searchable in AI Chat, while notes are saved as-is.

Pass rate on Task questions

Once the AI has judged a Task question, Analysis shows a pass-rate donut beside the time-on-task chart. Spreadsheet exports of that card carry the same Passed and Failed counts.

Auto-generated guides probe more selectively

Guides created through the setup chat now focus follow-up probes on open-ended questions, with each probe written around your study's own subject rather than a generic one.

The projects dashboard is redesigned

Your home page and each workspace now show projects as a single card list instead of a table. Hovering the completed count shows how many participants are Qualified, Invited, and Not Qualified.

Folders and an archive for your projects

Workspaces can now group projects into folders: create one from the workspace header, then move projects in from the project's row menu inside that workspace. Finished studies can be archived into the workspace's Archive view instead of deleted, and unarchiving brings them back.

Small fixes

  • Settings: your account, organization profile, members, credits, and integrations now live in one Settings area instead of separate sidebar rows
  • Recording playback: interview recordings now play through in more browsers
  • Highlight reels: a reel built from more than one project shows each clip with its source project, and a reel stitched from several interviews plays straight through
  • Billing: a transaction now shows how many participants it paid for
  • Study status: close a study, or reopen a manually closed one, from its row on the project list
