Card sort studies

You can now add a Card sort question to your Question Guide, where participants organize a set of cards into groups they either invent themselves (Open), pick from ones you define (Closed), or both (Hybrid). In Results, the card sort shows an Overall sort table shaded by how many participants agreed, plus each participant's individual sort.

Request media from participants during an interview

A new Media upload question asks participants to share an image, video, or document during the interview. Uploads are viewable and downloadable from the Analysis page for that question.

Question Guide version history

The redesigned Question Guide builder now keeps a history of past versions, each labeled Autosave or Published. You can preview any of them read-only and restore one into your working draft.

The new Audiences page is now generally available

Your share links and panel orders now live together in one place.

Small fixes

• Participant table: Date Qualified, Date Invited, and Date Completed are now filled in for self-recruit and User Interviews participants
• Video review: resizing the interview modal keeps playback where you left off, and switching camera view keeps it in fullscreen or Picture-in-Picture
• Share links: links with a custom URL now take participants through onboarding, and auto-invite works with email collection turned off
• Exports: interview-data exports now match the Results page, and discussion guide exports handle text screener questions and skip logic correctly
• Section logic: selected answers show as individual removable chips, and the picker stays open while you choose several
