Choose video layout in session and insight modals

Select how you want to view recordings in session and insight modals with layout options including split-screen, screen share, and user camera. This preference is saved per user.

Segmentation by demographic data

Analysis segmentation now supports demographic data and attribution (like UTM parameters), in addition to existing segmentation options of screener responses, survey questions, and quotas.

Media item labels in transcripts

Media items in the session modal transcript now display their labels instead of raw URLs, making them much easier to identify at a glance.

Improved participants table recruiting workflow

Participants are now sorted with uncompleted orders first, and completed order rows are visually grayed out so you can quickly spot what still needs action.

We've also added a tooltip to "Invite Participant" to explain when you need to extend your audience to recruit more participants.

Small fixes

• ‍Clear search: fixed an issue where clearing search didn't reliably reset the participants table results.
