Building and testing your interview guides just got faster and more flexible.

Real-time previews: See and hear exactly how your interview will play out as you build it question by question. Test on both mobile and desktop views without having to leave the question guide editor.

Concept randomization: You're now able to randomize the order of stimuli and question presentation to reduce bias and improve data quality. You also now have the option to A/B test specific interview parts.

Conditional routing: Direct participants down different paths based on screener responses or earlier answers. Create personalized interview flows that adapt to each participant automatically.

Our AI moderator got smarter

Our AI moderator now delivers more natural, flowing conversations that feel more adaptive and engaging for your participants.

Improved conversation recall: Strella remembers better what’s been discussed earlier in the interview, reducing repetitive questions and enabling more natural follow-ups.

Global moderator guidance: You can now set a single, global moderator prompt that applies across all interviews. Use it to define tone, topics to avoid, or consistent approaches across your entire studies. It works alongside your existing question-specific probing prompts to give you more control over the interview experience.

Custom voice and speed controls: Choose from multiple moderator voices and adjust speaking pace to match your research style. Plus, enable participant voice anonymization for sensitive studies where anonymity is critical.

Other Updates

Multilingual transcript view: Transcripts will now stay in their original language (instead of defaulting to English), giving you more flexibility when reviewing global interviews.

Automatic session consolidation: If an interview takes place across multiple sessions, those sessions will now be combined into a single, complete interview automatically.
