The Reports tab is where you can create & access custom reports that pull from your entire research project. Instantly generate a custom report with AI Chat based on the insights you want to share. Jump into this tutorial to learn more!

Within any Strella project, you can create custom reports to share key insights with project stakeholders.

Create a Report

To get started, navigate to Results > Reports and click Create a report to launch the AI Chat.

💡 Tip You can also access this part of AI Chat from anywhere in your project by opening the AI Chat tab and toggling Create a report on.

Once you're in AI Chat with Create a report toggled on, describe the custom report you'd like to generate.

AI Chat will search across your project's sessions to pull in relevant insights, themes, and participant responses, then generate a tailored report for you.

Modify a Report

After your report is generated, you can continue working with AI Chat to make iterative changes.

Provide additional prompts to refine the content, adjust the focus, or add new insights until your report feels ready to share.

Share a Report

When your report is ready:

  1. Save it to store it in your Reports tab.
  2. Navigate back to Results > Reports and open your saved report.
  3. Click Share > Share to web to create a publicly accessible link.

You can then distribute this link to stakeholders who need access to the report.
